Allegheny County Bar Association Construction Dispute Programs (ACBA CDRG)
From 2000 to 2003, the Construction Dispute Resolution Group (CDRG) was operated by Robert A. Creo, division of Impartial Dispute Resolution Services out of his offices located in Morningside, 1805 Jancey Street, 1st Floor, Pittsburgh, PA.
Mr. Creo was named program coordinator for ACBA Services, Inc. Construction Dispute Resolution Group, (CDRG) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2003. He supervises the administration of a 35 member roster of arbitrators for construction disputes.
In April of 2005, the ACBA conducted a successful workshop on arbitration of Construction disputes, lead by Robert A. Creo. Mr. Creo detailed the implementation of the CDRG Program and interviewed John W. Eichleay on conduct of a hearing. Over 30 experienced practitioners engaged in highly interactive discussions of issues.
