Served in numerous discrimination claims, including high-low arbitrations.

Nationwide. Since 1979, arbitrated hundreds of cases arising from collective bargaining agreements involving numerous issues such as subcontracting, work jurisdiction, EEO, ADA and discrimination, rates of pay, overtime, performance appraisals, and employee discipline and terminations.

Major League Baseball. Salary arbitrator for Major League Baseball and Major League Baseball Players Association since 1991-1998. The arbitration involved players on teams such as the Astros, Diamondback, Expos, Mariners, Mets, Tigers & Yankees. The arbitrator must select either the club's or the player's salary submission.

National Football League. Grievance arbitrator for National Football League and National Football Players Association since 1996-1998. Resolved non-injury disputes between the players and the clubs under the collective bargaining agreement.

Washington, DC. Impartial Hearing Officer for the United States Senate, Select Committee of Ethics, Office of Fair Employment Practices in cases involving allegations of discrimination by Senate employees from 1992-1997.
