Mr. Creo has served as an arbitrator numerous times to resolve dissolution of partnerships, construction claims and other business disputes. For many years, he has also been selected as impartial chairperson for uninsured motorists claims.
In many cases settled at mediation, Mr. Creo is named as the arbitrator to resolve any future disputes arising from the interpretation and implementation of the settlement.
Mr. Creo serves on dozens of claims each year fro the National Arbitration Forum to decide financial and consumer disputes, mortgage and real estate issues and online transactions, such as those involving e-Bay and other online retailers.
Mr. Creo has been on the NASD arbitration panel for many years to resolve claims involving security transactions.
