SEMINAR TESTIMONIALS

On October 7, 2004, Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania hosted two seminars taught by Mr. Creo, entitled "Effective Mediation Advocacy: Before the Table" and "Effective Mediation Advocacy: At the Table," collectively.  Bennet G. Picker, Esquire of Stradley Ronon wrote to Mr. Creo, having this to say:

"I am writing to express my appreciation for the two outstanding programs you presented here at Stradley Ronon on mediation. I have attended countless programs on mediation and this was one of the very best.  Your sophisticated understanding of mediation enabled everyone to gain a better understanding of key advocacy issues including preparation, problem-solving, negotiations and even the psychology of dispute resolution. Equally important, your interactive style was simply captivating.  Everyone was thoroughly engaged in sessions which went by far too quickly.  Without approaching anyone, I received feedback from a large number of participants all of whom had only praise for the sessions.  Many commented, in particular, that they enjoyed your role-play approach to issues such as "counseling the client on mediation" and "negotiating with the mediator."  The only criticism I received was from one of our attorneys who suggested that we should have made these sessions mandatory for all our litigators and transactional lawyers. Once again, thank you for your instruction, your war stories, your insightful comments and your practice tips on mediation advocacy.  Everone participating now has better understanding of the process and the specific strategies a mediation advocate can employ to maximize opportunities for successful outcomes."
