Attendees may attend one or both workshops. They are one (1) Substantive Credit for each one hour of attendance.
Workshops are conducted by Robert A. Creo, a widely-recognized arbitrator, mediator and educator. He regularly conducts training for commercial and tort mediators, and is recognized domestically and internationally as an educator in the fields of mediation and negotiation.

Focuses on Pennsylvania Law and Pennsylvania Statutes regarding confidentiality of the mediation proceedings and convening the mediation.
